Hof ten Dormaal
Hof ten Dormaal brewery is a unique concept where farming and brewing go hand in hand. This goes back to the ancient Belgian tradition where brewing mainly happened on the farm with the surplus grains in its rich fertile region.
In this process this brewery creates a cradle to cradle circle in a unique ecologic concept.
All ingredients, from grain to hops, are grown on the farm. After brewing, the spent grain goes back to the farm animals including the unique Belgian draught horses which are typical for the region.
