De Dool
A 16th century castle domain with an ultra-modern brewery and a cosy pub with a beautiful heated terrace. After the abbots of Sint-Truiden and later Prime Minister Duvieusart had left Ter Dolen castle, they opened the castle doors that had remained closed for centuries, and so the success story of the abbey beer began.
