Alken-Maes
This brewery originates from 1988 as a result of the merge of Maes and Cristal Alken breweries. But their roots go back to the 1880’s when both breweries started up and knew a systematic development. Nowadays this brewery is part of the Heineken Company with a strong presence on the market with Belgian beer brands like Grimbergen, Mort Subite, Affligem, Ciney, Christal and Hapkin.
