Br. 3 Fonteinen Druif Riesling 21/22 75cl

German Riesling grapes macerated for 5 months on 2 and 3 year old lambics. After that another blend with 3 year old and young lambics was made for the balance and the bottle fermentation. The final fruit intensity is 500gr of Riesling grapes per litre.
